• Applying an expansive definition of culture, this program will provide an opportunity for supervisors to better understand the ways that race, ethnicity, culture, age, sexual orientation, and class effect how supervision is offered and how it may be received.
• The program will introduce principles of interactive supervision as a context in which cross cultural supervision can be most successful.
• Program participants will have an opportunity to safely explore issues of cultural difference that can interfere with their effectiveness as supervisors.
