Donna M. Reulbach has more than 25 years of experience in human services, as a protective service social worker, supervisor, and administrator in the Massachusetts Department of Social Services; as a director of a private social service agency; and as Director of Elder Protective Services for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a position she held for ten years. As Director of Elder Protective Services, Donna coordinated an initiative that cross-trained domestic violence agencies and elder service providers throughout Massachusetts.
Donna has extensive experience in program development, supervision, management, staff training and development, program evaluation, interagency collaboration, public education, and community outreach. In 1998 she developed a family support center in a public housing development in Lowell, Massachusetts. In addition, she has been part of the planning and implementation of a cultural diversity initiative for Casey Family Services, a multi-state non-profit family service agency. Donna served on the Massachusetts Governor's Commission on Domestic Violence and is the recipient of the Manual Carballo Award for Excellence in Public Service.
