Tailored Technical Assistance

Northnode is offering on-site technical assistance to individual agencies funded by the Massachusetts Department of Social Services on a range of organizational and management issues. Agencies requesting technical assistance will work with Northnode staff to agree on the type and amount of assistance to be provided and will evaluate the effectiveness of the work once it has been completed. Training and assistance to DSS-funded domestic violence agencies in Massachusetts is free and available on a range of issues. These include: How to maximize board talent and commitment Increasing funding diversity Organizational and program planning Exploring program/service evaluation Personnel management issues Supervision skills and problems Responding effectively to workplace conflict Improving community and media relations Making and keeping stronger community connections Strategies for sustaining strong workplace teams To request technical assistance individualized to your agency's needs, please complete and submit a technical assistance request form.
